Site Operations Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Site Operations Manager to own end-to-end operational performance across our production sites in Riga and Ādaži. In this role, you will build and lead site teams while ensuring strong cross-functional coordination to deliver safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in building production capabilities that can operate at significantly higher speed, volume, and cost efficiency than traditional industry standards.

Operating at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and compliance, you will translate strategy and operational priorities into reliable mass-manufacturing. If you thrive on ownership and hands-on execution — we want to hear from you.

We fix it now — when delays or problems appear, we step up, rally the right people, and solve them immediately. We keep momentum — when time matters, we stay focused and move forward without waiting for perfect conditions.Strive for More: Dare more. Do more. Achieve the impossible.
We challenge the status quo — we question, test, and improve instead of accepting “the usual way.” We embrace discomfort — we step outside comfort zones and turn challenges into growth. We anticipate the future — we build solutions that scale and set higher standards each time.Build with Trust: Be open. Keep promises.
We walk the talk — what we say, we do. No excuses, no exceptions. We share openly — we communicate clearly and early, even when the news is hard. We own outcomes — we admit errors quickly, fix them, and prevent them from repeating.
