We are seeking a Production Engineer to pioneer industry-leading manufacturing processes for our air defence missile systems. Your work will enable us to rapidly produce affordable defence solutions at scale — all while helping defend the free world.

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues, overseeing equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance.

• Develop and maintain SOPs and process documentation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Train production teams on new processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with Quality and Product Engineering to meet standards, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

• Lead improvement initiatives to optimize production and capacity.

We Would Love You to Have

• Educational Background 
  Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience
  At least 2 years in production engineering, manufacturing, or process engineering.

• Technical Skills
  Proficiency with manufacturing software (e.g., CAD, CAM), ERP systems, and knowledge of process improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Familiarity with production methodologies such as Lean manufacturing, Just-in-Time (JIT), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).

• Soft Skills
  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, and commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
