Test Automation Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a Test Automation Engineer to design reliable test procedures and ensure the performance of test equipment used in production. In this role, you will drive the development of equipment, verification documentation, and instructions that support secure, consistent, and high-quality execution.

As a key partner to production and cross-functional teams, your work will directly impact continuous improvement of our production testing environment, positioning you at the forefront of driving the reliability of mission-critical technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain production test equipment to ensure optimal performance, proper calibration, and readiness for all testing activities.
Create, revise, and govern documentation for test procedures and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with process changes and best practices.
Analyse returned products, prepare detailed reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process reliability.
Provide expert guidance to production and other departments on test procedures, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coordinate test-related changes across engineering and production departments to ensure smooth implementation and effective communication.
We Would Love You to Have
Educational Background
Technical Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related field.Experience
Previous experience in test automation and production testing, an electronics related industry background is highly preferred.Technical Skills
Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, familiarity with electronics testing and measurement techniques is an advantage.Soft Skills
