About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Production Technician to build our next generation missiles. In this role, you will be responsible for enabling rapid iteration and ensuring high-quality production in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and modify prototypes according to engineering specifications and technical drawings while ensuring functional accuracy. 
• Fabricate and install jigs, fixtures, and specialized equipment to support development and production processes.
• Perform setup, calibration, and maintenance of production equipment to optimize efficiency and repeatability.
• Operate machinery to consistently meet production targets.
• Assist engineering teams in troubleshooting and refining prototypes and systems during the development phase. 
• Support field-testing operations, including setup, monitoring, and collection of performance data to validate functionality and reliability.

We Would Love You to Have 

• Educational Background
  A technical education in Mechanics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Experience
  Previous experience in a challenging, fast-paced production environment, preferably in a mass-production company.
• Technical Skills
  Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Attributes
  Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly and manage shifting priorities.
