At Frankenburg, you will join an exceptional team that unites leading figures from NATO’s eastern flank in both technology and national defence. As our Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the reliability and performance of products and systems. Your role involves analyzing data, identifying potential issues, and implementing solutions to enhance product reliability and reduce downtime. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct reliability analysis and assessments to identify areas for improvement in equipment and processes. 
• Supervise staff involved in maintenance and reliability tasks to ensure adherence to best practices. 
• Develope and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment. 
• Manage inventory levels of spare parts and ensure timely availability for maintenance activities. 
• Coordinate schedules for maintenance and reliability activities to align with production goals. 
• Collect and analyze data to track reliability metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive reliability initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 
• Conduct root cause analysis of failures and develope corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on reliability performance and improvement plans for management review. 

We Would Love You to Have 

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
• Knowledge: Professional certifications, such as Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), are a plus. 
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in reliability analysis tools and methodologies. Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data analysis techniques.
• Performance: Proven track record in delivering outstanding results through collaborative teamwork in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

• Security Clearance: Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
