About the Role
We are seeking a mission-driven Launch Systems Engineer to revolutionize the defence industry and build cutting-edge air defence missile systems that meet the acute demands of modern warfare. At Frankenburg, you will join an exceptional team that unites leading figures from NATO’s eastern flank in both technology and national defence. As our Launch Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of launch systems, ensuring that all components function seamlessly to support the successful deployment of payloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and logistics for launch equipment and materials to ensure readiness.
- Coordinate schedules for testing, integration, and launch activities to meet project deadlines.
- Conduct risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies for launch operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare and present technical reports to stakeholders on launch readiness and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during launch operations.
- Participate in post-launch analysis to identify improvements for future missions.
- Monitor system performance during launches and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Contribute to the development of new technologies and processes to enhance launch capabilities.
We Would Love You to Have
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in aerodynamics, or related field with a focus on launch systems design and operations.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding about aerospace standards and regulatory requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in engineering software tools and simulation techniques.
- Performance: Proven track record in delivering outstanding results through collaborative teamwork in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

- Security Clearance: Willingness to undergo a background check as a condition of employment.
