Financial Controller
About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Financial Controller to lead and execute our international financial operations across Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine, and soon the UK and Poland. Your role is both strategic — shaping financial policies and structures in multiple jurisdictions — and highly practical, handling day-to-day finances, data analysis, and record-keeping as we rapidly scale our mission-driven air defence missile technology company.
At Frankenburg, you will join an exceptional team that unites leading figures from NATO’s eastern flank in both technology and national defence. As our Financial Controller, you will be the cornerstone of our financial organization — synchronizing multi-country financial systems, ensuring compliance, and maintaining transparent reporting for investors and stakeholders.

About Frankenburg Technologies
Frankenburg Technologies a European defence technology company specializing in rocket science. Our mission is to defend the free world by making cutting-edge defence solutions more accessible — significantly reducing costs and scaling production to levels thousands of times greater than what we see today. Uniquely positioned to revolutionize the industry and backed by significant investment from leading industry partners, we are on a clear path to rapid growth.
Our flagship product tackles a monumental engineering challenge: developing the world’s first truly affordable, mass-produced counter-drone missile system with advanced AI integration and easily localized manufacturing. This groundbreaking technology addresses one of the most significant strategic threats of our time — the proliferation of mass-produced UAVs and their risk to national defence and critical infrastructure worldwide.
With strong financial backing and a clear roadmap for success, we are currently expanding our team. With established operations in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Ukraine, we’re expanding our presence across Europe, including the United Kingdom and Poland in 2025.
